Turn your child’s passion into a project that inspires them, impresses you, and excites colleges.

1:1 coaching to help your teen discover what they love and turn it into a tangible passion project. Whether they launch a business, publish a book, or start a fundraising campaign, they’ll accomplish something remarkable.

A recent Harvard study found that 58% of young adults said they experienced little or no purpose in their lives over the past month.

And nearly half of Gen Z do not find their daily tasks interesting, important, or motivating.

Traditional education is no help.

Young people deserve to feel engaged, motivated, and passionate again.

Hi! I’m Mason, Passion Project Coach.

I’m an entrepreneur, Brown University Lecturer, and writer.

More importantly, I’m a coach.

I help young people discover what they love. And I help them do more of it.

I’ve already worked with over 300 of them, and I’m just getting started.

Young people who work with me go on to lead more meaningful and successful lives, whether they get into the school of their dreams, launch a profitable business, or self-publish a book.

The Process

Witness your child launch and grow a passion project, whether it’s launching an online business, starting a non-profit, or publishing a book of short stories.

1. Parent Conversation

I have a 1:1 meeting with clients’ parent(s) or guardian(s). I take time to understand your child’s strengths, challenges, and your goals for their growth. This ensures coaching is aligned with what matters most to your family.

2. Student Connection

Next, I meet with your child to build trust and understand how they see the world. Progress only happens when they feel comfortable, heard, and respected.

3. Individualized Plan

Together, we create a clear roadmap for growth—defining skills to strengthen, projects to pursue, and habits to develop. Every plan is tailored to your child, not pulled from a template.

4. Coaching Sessions

Through regular one-on-one sessions, your child receives guidance, encouragement, and actionable tools. I balance structure with flexibility so they stay engaged while building real skills.

5. Updates & Accountability

You’ll receive regular updates, so you’re never left wondering how things are going. I hold your child accountable while keeping communication open with you.

6. Long-Term Growth

The goal isn’t short-term motivation—it’s lasting growth. By the end of our work, your child will have the confidence, habits, and momentum to keep moving forward.

FAQs

What if I my child doesn’t have an idea yet?

That’s normal! Initial sessions are all about brainstorming and experimenting. I assure you, they’ll find something they’re psyched about devoting time and energy to.

Is this safe and appropriate?

Yes. All projects are guided, ethical, and age-appropriate. Parents get visibility into what we’re building.

How much time is required outside of coaching?

There’s no requirement, but as I tell students, the more time they spend on their passion project, the more successful they’ll be!

Who is this for?

High school and college students who are curious, motivated, and ready to try something new. No prior business experience needed.

How are sessions delivered?

All sessions are live via Zoom (with in-person options available on request).

What happens if we need to reschedule?

With 24-hour notice, sessions can be rescheduled. No-shows count as a used session.

What if we don’t get results?

As long as your student is attending every session and completing their homework, and they don’t complete something they’re proud of, I’ll issue a full refund.
